Sunrise in St Michaels

I had to capture a sunrise.............this is one of my most favorite parts of the day as I do my individual scripture study and watch the sun rise (I think about the Son rising as well)....every morning is different and every morning is gorgeous. I'm glad that Heavenly Father created this beautiful world for ME!

"Monsoon"

Just a couple of shots of one of our "monsoon rains" we had four inches in one day if you can believe that. We have just planned on rain every single day for the past three weeks. It is amazing and the valley is green and beautiful. As we went to Wellness Center to work out, there has been a mist hanging over the valley every single morning - as the red rocks rise out of the mist it is spectacular. Of course the rains are making a record breaking year - just as the snow did in the winter...........we must have been doing some fantastic "rain dance" or something since we came. At any rate it has been effective!
