Senior couples on the Rez

Senior Couples outing to bid farewell to Elder & Sister Lewis from Canada.........we drove to Monument Valley and also to Hole in the Rock. We had a luncheon at Bluff, delicious and beautiful scenery. Our new mission president and his wife (President & Sister Jones) came to spend the day with us and it was wonderful. He is amazing! We rode with Elder & Sister Cain and afterwards drove through 4 corners............great day!

Softball is here...........

The Window Rock ward has been having a softball tournament with the little branch in Ganado....but they are GOOD..........they have recruited many nonmembers and have a great team. It was best out of 7 and they have won 2 games...........so everyone is relying on our team to improve for the next two. They have the games on Thursdays at 6:00 and EVERYONE plays and they play hard. From young boys and girls to Grandpa's............afterwards they have a potluck dinner and everyone loves the whole evening. The Navajo People love to play..........
