Food Handlers Training.........

We sponsored a food handlers training from our office and held it up in the cultural hall of the church. They told us to plan on about 70 people coming.............and we ended up setting up chairs for 135 people.................busy morning. The class started at 9:00, but some people were out in the parking lot at 7:00 am.............Everyone wanted to get their permits before the 4th of July celebration........."everyone" sells things. Fry bread, tamales, salsa, just about anything.......so that was a new experience for us as well. Always we see people selling on the side of the road - from the back of their pick up or car or with a little tent set up.......
